2/20/2006 I called EAC and spoke with Chris Kelland. I was just calling to gather information. I asked her about their Waiting Children program. She said that they had only completed a few Special Needs adoptions, but that Mr. Zhou would call The China Center for Adoption Affairs and as request the file of a little girl with clubfoot. Surprised, I clarified that we were just in the "thinking about this" stage, and she said that was fine. I called Allen at work, my head spinning. He was just as surprised.
