Aug 14, 2006 We got an update on Kaytlin today. The information was from mid June. On June 19 she was almost 29" tall, and weighed almost 20 pounds. She had surgery on her left foot on June 19 and was home with her foster family by June 29. She is standing, bearing weight and will walk if her Foster Mom holds her hands. However, she prefers to crawl as she can get where she wants to go faster! She’ll fit right in with her brothers! :) She is very active and laughs all the time. She is clapping, feeding herself with a spoon (But not a fork...something about using it as a weapon?!)and is learning to say "Mama" and "Bye Bye". After such a cruddy end to last week, today was great!
